I like many other people am addicted to reality television. One of the shows I have watched before was "The Girls Next Door", which featured Hugh Hefner's former girlfriends, Holly, Bridget, and Kendra. The show had ended and Kendra has now began her own reality show following her life, now that she is out on her own. I was watching the season's recap show and they showed Kendra, (preggos) and her new husband, Philly Eagles player, Hank Baskett, talking about how she will be a great mother and they then showed a clip of her little dog, Martini...who fell in the Playboy Mansion pool. Kendra said he couldn't swim and they show her jumping into the pool to "save" her "baby"? I was really sure all dogs could swim. I guess I am so lost on this one. Am I wrong, are all dogs not able to swim. Is there such a thing as doggy swimming classes. If not, after watching her have to jump in and save her dog like that. I think people should have the option to help teach their dog to swim. Maybe America needs doggy YMCA's. You know to help teach the animal to swim. It could be very beneficial someday to someone. You never know when something unexpected can happen like your puppy or dog falling into a waterhole and not be able to get out. It nevers hurts to try to teach them to swim. Maybe they will have a better chance on getting out on their own if a human wasn't around to help them. To Kendra: good job on saving your beautiful dog, Martini. You deserve a medal. I wouldn't have jumped in that dirty pool. Go you!!!
