Question Does oral care dog food really work?

I have a 2 year old Yorkie mix. I want to buy some dog food with oral care but the price is almost twice as regular dog food. The store employee told me it's high end. Is it worth it? Does it really work? Why is the price higher?

I believe they probably do but I'm not a vet though. My cats eat oral care cat food and they like it. I hope it really works over time.

Dog food with oral care really doesn't work well. Save your money and buy chew treats. Beware of rawhide and greenies for yorkies. I use frozen chicken wings and pigs ears.
