Durapet stainless steel bowls are made from heavyweight stainless steel and feature a bonded rubber base.

Any item can be returned to us provided it is unused and in the original packaging. 1. We will accept returns provided you have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will not accept any returns without a valid RMA. - ALL items being returned must be in new and unused condition. 2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. 3. Orders returned after the 30 day period or without an RMA number will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. 4. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us. 5. Foreign orders are non-returnable. 6. Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-returnable. 7. Open videotapes and DVDs are non-returnable. 8. Shipping costs are not refundable. Customer will pay for shipping.
