Q: I cannot find a size for my pet? What should I do?

 

A: We take custom orders for special sizes. If you cannot find a size that fits your pet, feel free to send us the measurements including neck to base of tail, ribcage, neck, head (top of head around under the neck).

 

 

Q: How much is custom sizing?

 

A: We will provide you with a separate quote depending on the measurements of your pet.

 

 

Q: How can I view the status of my order?

 

A: Go to the My Account page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

 

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?

 

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the page you see before confirming your order.

 

 

Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

 

A: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days upon your receiving of the order. However, we do not accept returns on all Glamour Cat orders and custom orders unless the product is defective. We will refund the order total minus shopping and handling to you within 5 busness days upon receiving your return. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Q: How do I cancel my order?

 

A: You need to cancel your order as soon as possible within 24 hours after placing your order. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours via either email or phone call. Once our fulfillment process begins after receiving your order, we cannot cancel your order at this time. However you may be able to return or exchange the order after you have received it. Q: Is your shipping cost good for internatonal orders?

 

A: Our shipping costs shown on Yeepet Store are good for domestic (US) orders only. If you are located outside the US and want to purchase a product, please check with us on the shipping cost first. We will find the least expensive way (normally USPS) to ship internatonal orders. Please feel free to ask us.
