Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure you are a satisfied customer and are happy with your shopping experience with us. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days upon your receipt of the order. Shipping costs are not refundable. You will pay for shipping when you return or exchange your order. Please check the Return tab on each individual product page or contact us first should you need to return or exchange your order.


A 10% restocking fee will incur on returns or exchanges for pet apparel and accessories including the following:


Make sure you take your measurements properly and compare them with our size chart/instructions when you purchase clothes or accessories for your pet.


You may return most new, unopened or unworn items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund for most products. Please contact us first for the mailing address before you mail out your return package. Yeepet does NOT receive returned products at our corporate office at this time. Instead, different products must be returned to different warehouses. However, we will issue you a refund and give you instructions on your return. So make sure you contact us first.


Returns cannot be accepted as follows:

- Items opened and worn.

- Items returned after 30 days or the required time period after receiving the product.
